1.1.4 "The Service" means the making available of Casino of Dreams by Us, facilitating Your participation in Our online games;

2.2 The primary currency of Casino of Dreams is pounds sterling (£/GBP) although other currencies are available for players residing in Canada ($/CAN), Australia ($/AUS) and Europe (€/Euro). As a default all bonus offers and promotions will be listed in pounds sterling, with a one-to-one rate of exchange should your account utilise an alternate currency.

Only one account per player is allowed. If there is more than one account registered per household Casino of Dreams reserves the right to require You to provide Our fraud department with the necessary documentation to verify that the individual accounts comply with the Terms and Conditions set out herein and are therefore valid accounts. 5.3
Casino of Dreams may require You to submit the following identity verifications documents after Your Account has been opened:
5.3.1 Current and valid form of official identity document issued by the government of a recognised country/state, for example a driver's license or passport; 5.4

If You cannot or do not provide Us with correct details, We may suspend Your Account until such information is provided, alternatively We may elect to permanently close Your Account if such information is not provided within a reasonable period. 5.5
If there are any irregularities or if there is a mismatch between Your name and address, and the name and address associated with the credit card, or other method of payment, used by You, all transactions conducted with such credit card will be considered as invalid and voidable in the sole discretion of Casino of Dreams management. 5.6
Players are required to keep all registration details in a safe place. Casino of Dreams will not accept liability for any damages caused by misuse of any player account by third parties. If You have lost or forgotten Your registration details, please go to the forgot password

Customers are asked to keep their registration details up to date. If You change Your address or phone number, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your new details. 5.12
It is prohibited to sell, transfer and/or acquire accounts to/from other registered players.
6.1 Under the terms of our Gambling Commission license we are required to verify Your age. By agreeing to these Terms You authorise Us to undertake such verification checks as may be required to confirm Your age. (the "Checks").
6.2 We reserve the right to withhold any payment from Your player’s account to You until We are satisfied that Your age has been suitably verified.
6.3 If age verification is not completed to Our satisfaction within 72 hours of You first depositing money into Your account We are required to freeze Your account until such time as We can successfully verify that You are aged 18 or over.

It is the account holder’s responsibility to notify us to remove from their Casino of Dreams account, any cards or depositing methods that are no longer valid;

On making a deposit we will automatically collect all players' winnings in video poker games that are in a “collect state” at the time of making a deposit. 7.11

To be able to make your first successful withdrawal you need to meet the following: 8.1
If a Casino of Dreams player's account has not been funded with a cash deposit, he/she is not eligible to withdraw winnings earned from any promotional money. 8.2

8.9.2 We have requested identification documents, and satisfactory documentation is not provided within seven days of the request.
8.9.3 We have requested Your documents to be authenticated by a qualified solicitor or notary and this does not occur within fourteen days of this request.
We will always pay your withdrawals to whatever deposit methods you have previously used before we pay to your preferred method of payment, and furthermore we can only pay to a preferred method of payment if it has been used to make a successful deposit within the last 6 months;
With the exception of debit cards, where we can only pay back to debit cards up to the amount of your deposits; if your withdrawal amount exceeds your amount of deposits then your full withdrawal will be returned to your Casino of Dreams account where you can re-request your withdrawal to an alternative payment method (provided it has been used to deposit successfully in the previous 6 month period). 8.10.2

Casino of Dreams reserves the right to request details from any winning players for promotional purposes. Casino of Dreams Management reserves the right to withhold payment of ANY winnings until the player provides Us with a testimonial related to their winnings & a photo for the website. 8.12
Casino Bonus Money is forfeited upon a withdrawal request. This means your bonus balance is reset to ZERO;
8.12.1 If your Withdrawal Request is unsuccessful and returned to your Casino of Dreams account OR if you reverse part of your withdrawal, then you will NOT receive back your Bonus Monies. 8.13
The maximum period from successful deposit to withdrawal is 6 months. 8.14
If any of the withdrawal requirements are not met then your withdrawal request will be refunded back to your Casino of Dreams Account without notice. 8.15
Wager Definition: A wager is defined in the following example: if you spend £10 cash on a casino game, regardless of whether you win or lose, this counts as £10 cash wagered. 8.16
If You receive free bonus money as part of a deposit offer then unless otherwise stated the maximum withdrawal from wagers placed with that free money is equivalent to 10x the value of the bonus money awarded. Any remaining funds in excess of that amount will then be removed. 8.17
If You receive free bonus money without having to make a deposit, as part of a promotional offer or goodwill gesture, then the following rules apply:
8.17.1 Unless otherwise stated the maximum withdrawal from wagers placed with that free money is £100 or €100. Any remaining funds in excess of that amount will then be removed. 8.18

Your identity will be verified on cumulative deposits, wagering and withdrawals in excess of €2,000. 8.19

With certain withdrawal requests we may further ask for the following before processing your withdrawal request;
8.20.1 Signed confirmation from You of Your previous deposits to Us; 8.21
8.20.2 A copy of the front and back of the credit/debit card(s) used to fund Your account. In the event that We do ask for this, please ensure that all details are clearly legible to enable prompt and accurate verification. Your Casino Account consists of your Cash Balance and your Casino Bonus Balance. 9.2
Withdrawals cannot be made from the Casino Bonus Balance, but the credits in the Casino Bonus balance can be used to place wagers;
9.2.1 Any winnings derived from free spins will be credited to your Casino Bonus Balance. 9.3
As the required wager requirements are met, funds are automatically transferred from your Casino Bonus Balance to your Cash Balance in increments of £10. 9.4
Real money wagers are deducted from your Cash Balance. If there is no cash available, the wager is deducted from your Casino Bonus Balance. 9.5
Funds in your Casino Bonus Balance are only played if you have insufficient credits in your Cash Balance. 9.6
Bonuses awarded are not transferrable between balances or accounts. 9.7
Winnings on wagers made from your Cash Balance are credited directly to your Cash Balance. Winnings on wagers made from your Casino Bonus Balance are credited to your Casino Bonus Balance. 9.8
If crediting your Casino Bonus Balance with winnings results in your Casino Bonus Balance exceeding the size of the original bonus amount, any excess winnings are credited to your Cash Balance. Note: This is less any automatic transfers from your Casino Bonus Balance to your Cash Balance that had occurred. 9.9
If You are awarded a casino bonus as a result of a deposit then Your maximum bet size must not exceed 6.25 chips, until such time as the full wager requirement of the bonus has been met.
9.9.1 Regardless of the type of bonus received (if any) on depositing, management reserve the right to terminate accounts or reject withdrawals if the above max bet limits are exceeded. 9.10
Any cash-in derived from bets placed larger than the maximum bet size, before the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met, will initiate a further wagering requirement on the value of the cash-in, equal to the standard wager requirement applicable to casino bonuses. The value of the cash-in will be added to your Bonus Balance and will be subject to a maximum bet size of 6.25. 9.11
If you accumulate more than 10.00 in the small jackpot in Castle Builder video slot game then the whole amount in the small jackpot will be considered to be part of your balance when calculating outstanding bonus obligations when a deposit is made. 9.12
In cases where a withdrawal fails and the funds are returned to your account, the above terms (9.8, 9.9, 9.10) will still apply regarding bet size and wager requirements. 9.13
As a result of bonus abuse, deposits made using Neteller and Skrill may be subject to a turnover requirement of 30 times the actual deposit required to qualify to receive the bonus for all promotions. We reserve the right to recharge all banking fees on deposits, which are not turned over at this level. 10.1 In the event of more than one entry winning, the pool will be shared equally among all the lucky winners.

You acknowledge that We may close any Casino of Dreams account which has become a Dormant Account. 11.2
After 30 days of an account having no activity any promotional offers or bonus funds will be forfeited. 11.3
Any credit balance in a Dormant Account may, in the sole and unfettered discretion of Casino of Dreams management, be handled as follows;
In the case of GB accounts, 180 days after an account has not either (a) had funds deposited in it; or (b) had funds withdrawn from it; or (c) had a bet placed from it; or (d) had a bet settled from it, an administration fee equivalent to the greater of £5 or 25% (twenty five percent) of the outstanding balance in the Dormant Account shall be levied monthly thereon and deducted therefrom until the earlier of:
220.127.116.11 The credit balance being reduced to zero; or11.3.2
18.104.22.168 The Dormant Account becoming active.
In the case of non-GB accounts, if an account has been inactive for a period of twelve months, a monthly administration fee of £5 will be applied. If an account has been inactive for a period of thirty (30) months or more, the account will be deemed to be dormant and, the monies will be remitted to the Malta Gaming Authority if the player cannot be contacted satisfactorily.
In the event of Your account becoming dormant, closed, blocked, or excluded, please contact customer support and they will assist you.
You acknowledge that some jurisdictions have strict laws on money laundering that may impose an obligation upon Us to report You to the federal or local authorities within such jurisdictions if We know, suspect or have reason to suspect that any of Your transactions, amongst other things, involve funds derived from illegal activities or are intended to conceal funds derived from illegal activities or involve the use of Casino of Dreams to facilitate criminal activity. 12.2
If We have knowledge or suspicion envisaged in clause 12.1 above We may:
12.2.1 Immediately suspend, deregister or terminate Your Account at Casino of Dreams; and/or 12.3
12.2.2 In the case of a non-GB player furnish any relevant information about You to an industry appropriate database recording such mischief. You hereby irrevocably authorise Us to do so in Our absolute discretion.
12.2.3 By agreeing to the Terms You authorise Us to undertake such verification checks (“the Checks”) as We may require Ourselves or may be required by third parties (including regulatory bodies) to confirm Your identity and contact details and to prevent money laundering.
12.2.4 We reserve the right to withhold any payment from Your player’s account to You until We are satisfied that Your identity and place of residence has been suitably verified.
We reserve the right to report You to the relevant governmental authorities should We, in Our absolute discretion; determine that We are obliged, by law, to do so. 12.4
In order to assist in the prevention of money laundering:
No cash shall be accepted to fund any account at Casino of Dreams; 12.4.2
No substantial and/or exceptional withdrawals individually and/or cumulatively shall be allowed unless notarised facsimile copies of at least 2 (two) of the following are received:

Notwithstanding the aforegoing, We additionally reserve the right to require any of the above documentation at any time during Our dealings with You for the purposes of identity verification.

22.3.10 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) involves the referral of unresolved disputes to an independent third party for adjudication.
